Exercise and nutrition can be daunting, which can make the first steps of your fat loss journey even more intimidating. This is why my mission is for my clients to feel at ease while they go through their journey and that they are continuously pushing to new limits, with support! 

 

Your tailored plan will be focused on a combination of full bodyweight training, and circuits, all to lose fat in a healthy and sustainable way. This is so we can lose more weight from fat, rather than muscle. We want to build a new & healthy shape after all!

 

You will also be equipped with a nutritional plan around the right foods to eat. Whether you’re an on-the-go person or someone who has more time to cook at home, your nutritional plan takes that into account. 

 

To ensure accountability, we will track your progress through body compositions and scales, among others on a weekly to monthly basis. Let me help you bring your goals to reality!

Nicole C.

Fantastic results from our client Nicole in her 8 weeks so far! She lost 7kg of fat and has gained a significant amount of lean muscle!

 

How has that changed her physique? She slimmed down her waist, tightened her thighs,  and grew her glutes! Nicole made sure to stick to her diet in the crucial initial weeks and has accelerated her results.

 

Whenever she had a question she communicated regularly with her coach and she made sure to push herself in her workouts.

Simon S.

Great work and dedication from my online client Simon! Over the last 12 weeks Simon lost 11kg, 11% bodyfat, and 4 inches on his waist!

Simon wanted to reduce his overall body fat percentage, drop to his previous trouser size, and increase his fitness and running pace. 

Over 12 weeks Simon dropped 9 minutes on his 5km time, achieved 6 bodyweight Pullups, returned to his 32 trouser size and now needs a new wardrobe!

It took hard work, consistency, and determination and Simon executed that beautifully. Really great effort my friend. I am really excited for the next phase of his training where we will focus more on building muscle mass and further shaping his physique!

Jeff S.

Awesome work and results from our client Jeff! He is 8kg down and feeling stronger and healthier!

 

Jeff came to us because he wanted to lose weight, feel healthier, and get back into his fitness. He hadn’t exercised in a while and he wasn’t sure what he needed to do and how he was going to do it. He was determined to make it work and over the course of his training, Jeff lost just 8kg of fat and put on a lot of lean muscle throughout his whole body!

 

Even though there were periods at his job with high workloads and stress, he committed to the process and made it work. His clothes now fit better and he is feeling healthier - Awesome!

Emilie D.

Fantastic training progress from our client Emilie! Over the last 6 months, Emilie has lost 8kg, reduced her body by fat 7%, and increased her fitness, and shape significantly!

 

Emilie's goals were to regain her fitness and energy,  fit into all her old jeans, and make exercise a feel-good-habit and not a source of stress.

 

Celebrating her big and small wins, Emilie stayed consistent with her training and made the decision to achieve her goals. Despite having scoliosis, Hoffa Syndrome in her knee, ankle injuries, and pain in her left elbow, she committed and trusted the process and kept positive expectations throughout. There was no luck there, she worked very hard and achieved exactly what she set out to!

A new SNACK is in Town!  Leaning out and popping abs with our client De'yon over 12 weeks!

 

De'yon always turned up and brought it, even though some days he should have no doubt have been resting! Although he was a full-time international student, De’yon made the time to watch his nutrition, make it to the gym and do his cardio!

 

Malicious drive and focus from this chap! It's been a pleasure training together my friend. All the best in your endeavours overseas. You are missed. See you across the pond!

Steph W.

It’s amazing what 8 weeks of consistent weight training and cardio can do!

 

Steph's goal was to lean down and town up for her holiday, and she certainly has done that - she looks stunning! Her bodyweight only shifted 3kg but she looks completely different! She gained a significant amount of muscle and you can see it by how toned she got!

 

Steph didn’t miss a week of training and made sure to push herself out of her comfort zone. Though she had many social events during the summer, she consistently cut the alcohol and ate strategically.  She ensured to track her calories and protein daily and was able to enjoy the foods that she liked and made it sustainable - the key to any transformation.

Sandrae L.

Sandrae has reached her weight goal and has lost 20kg over the last 6 months. What an incredible story and achievement!

 

It's truly inspirational to see such commitment and determination. Despite having painful arthritis in both knees, a hectic working life, family commitments, and flying all around the world on business trips, Sandrae still made it happen. Sandrae was in the gym in the early hours of the morning week in and week out, and her training was by no means easy at all. She made the decision to execute and she certainly has!

 

Her weight goal is just a part of what she has accomplished in the last 6 months. Sandrae has increased her strength tremendously. With no squat or deadlift experience, she has achieved a deadlift of 100kg and a squat of 80kg!

What a pleasure it is to work with such an incredible and hardworking person. Your work ethic, focus, and drive ist ruly inspiring. We look forward to the next phase of your training and to continue crushing your fitness goals!

Sophia K.

Here’s Sophia toning her core and building her glutes! Over 8 weeks, Sophia has gained 2.2kg, leaned out her abs, and is eating 700-800 calories more than when she started!

 

When we first started working with Sophia, she wasn’t eating much at all and we knew that if she wanted to get leaner she would need to increase her food - which we understand for some people this may be scary! She trusted her coaching, followed her training accordingly and her results started to come through!

 

Her commitment and trust in the process is paying off. Some big things for this girl over the next couple of months. Great work Sophia and keep working hard towards your goals - you look incredible!

Alex S.

Awesome Progress and great work! Alex wanted to lean down and get more muscular on his chest, shoulders, and arms.  In 4 months, Alex lost 6% body fat and achieved and achieved 10%, and was eating more food than when he started!

 

Alex was determined to reach his goals and even though he was a full-time law student and lived in catered accommodation with no control over what's been cooked. Alex committed and adjusted his portion sizes and food group distributions accordingly. If you are determined enough, you can make anything work.

Tip K.

Outstanding work from our client!

 

Tip's Her goal was to get leaner and build stronger and shapelier glutes without having her quads get any bigger. Weighing the same as when she started her training,  in just 6 weeks she lost 4% body fat and gained 1.5kg of muscle!

 

She started at 51kg and finished at 51kg - she literally swapped out 1.5kg of fat for 1.5kg of muscle! Also In just 6 weeks, Tip brought her hip thrust strength from 60kg for 8-10 reps to 135kg for 5 reps!

 

Tip made insane results in such a short amount of time but we'll be honest, the training and dieting she went through isn’t for everyone - her mindset and determination was her secret.

 

Weare very proud of her progress and it's a pleasure to train such an incredible athlete!

Julia P.

Here’s Julia toning her glutes and leaning out the abs and stomach area over 6 weeks! Remarkable effort by our client.

 

Although coming from a lower back injury, there were only a limited number of exercises that she could do. Despite this, working together with her coach, she found what worked for her without compromising her results. Julia worked around the pain and produced some fantastic results!

Atlanta T.

Awesome 8 weeks of progress from our client, Atlanta!

 

Atlanta needed to get in better shape for a family wedding and she went in 110%! Over 8 weeks she dropped 2 dress sizes, going from a 10 to a 6 and increased her strength and fitness tremendously!

 

Atlanta cleaned up her diet and committed to the process. There were many times at work where treats were plentiful but she stayed focused. The only problem she had was that her clothes weren’t fitting any longer - now that's a great problem! Atlanta was also very pleased she was able to fit into a dress she used to wear for work 2 years ago - fantastic!

 

I'm glad you had a great time at the wedding! Your hard work, commitment, and dedication produced some fantastic results!

Ramza S.

Awesome results from our client Ramza for losing 10kg for her engagement in 10 weeks! The amazing thing, of course, is the speed at which she lost 10kg in a healthy manner.

 

Ramza's time was very restricted: she was attending university classes, revising for the approaching exam period and coursework deadlines, she had engagement planning and family commitments which required her to fly out of the country twice for, and still further various miscellaneous tasks.

Despite all of this, she made the time to train and eat the right way to reach her fitness goals - the key to her fitness success. She knew her time was limited and she made the right choices and followed the program.

Fantastic work from our client Kira over the last 6 weeks!

 

Kira's goals were to tone her glutes and lean down her abs and that’s exactly what's she done!

 

Kira told us she had broken her collarbone prior and we quickly found which exercises did and didn't work for her. Over 6 weeks Kira improved her strength on key lifts specific to her goals and she joined the 100kg hip thrust club - incredible!

Seolmin K.

It's been a pleasure working with our client Seolmin!

 

Mindset is the key factor in any transformation goal, and not many people can do it better than him. In just 4 weeks Seolmin dropped 7kg, while still eating a healthy amount of calories! Great determination and execution from this man - his mental discipline is truly inspiring.

 

Over the following 4 weeks,Seolmin went onto a muscle-building phase and increased strength in most exercises! His Squat went from 50kg for 5 reps to 75kg for 5 reps, and only 90s rest between sets - remarkable!
