Your tailored fitness plan will follow fundamental principles of muscle building with a focus around the areas of the body you wish to augment. I’ll provide detailed coaching feedback on exercise techniques that build muscle groups or emphasize isolating certain muscles.
With your plan, there is always a reason behind the numbers to ensure strategic progression, free of injury. To ensure accountability, we track your progress through your exercise or gym performance, bodyweight gain from muscles, among others on a weekly to monthly basis.
Alongside that, your nutritional plan will be adapted to your lifestyle. You’ll be equipped with the knowledge of the right foods to eat, while we ensure what you eat feeds your muscles optimally. Let’s make serious & strategic gains!

A new SNACK is in Town! Leaning out and popping abs with our client De'yon over 12 weeks!
De'yon always turned up and brought it, even though some days he should have no doubt have been resting! Although he was a full-time international student, De'yon made the time to watch his nutrition, make it to the gym, and do his cardio!

Incredible progress from our client Quan! Over the course of 1 year, Quan gained 5kg of muscle, filled out all her clothes, and achieved her goal of doing a pull-up, which she can now do 3 off!
Quan’s goal was to gain weight, build her glutes, and tone her physique. For Quan, her legs and glutes respond very slowly, meaning she has to work much harder than your average person. Most would have probably quit but she stayed consistent and determined.
Quan made sure to track her food and protein intake and stayed consistent. Over the 12 months, Quan made some incredible strength gains! She deadlift 80kg for 5 reps, hip thrust 112.5kg for 5 reps, rack pulled 80kg for 10 reps, and walking lunge 50kg for 10 reps! Absolutely incredible for someone who weighs less than 50kg!
Quan, your work ethic, commitment, and consistency is inspirational. Keep up the good work and we are very excited to see what else you will achieve!
Fantastic work and incredible progress from this one! Jasper had no prior experience with weight training and the gym and from 1 year of consistent training and nutrition, he gained 10kg of muscle mass!
How has this changed his life? Jasper used to shop for kids size 13-years clothes because those were the only shirts that would fit him. Now he's wearing Men's size S and even those are getting a little tight now!
He's made great strength increases too!

- Incline Chest Press (machine) from 5kg to 60kg!

Here’s Doug putting on the pounds, building shape, and improving posture! Over 8 Week’s Doug gained 3.5kg of pure muscle it really shows - an explosion of gains!
Doug wanted to get in shape for his holiday in Miami. His goal was to increase his upper body size and define his muscles.
Doug stayed consistent with his training and nutrition and his work ethic is truly phenomenal. He was a full-time law student who also had a part-time job in a law firm. He, unfortunately, could only sleep 4 hours a night, but he was determined to turn his diet and training around and he produced incredible results!

Awesome Progress and great work! Alex wanted to lean down and get more muscular on his chest, shoulders, and arms. In 4 months, Alex lost 6% body fat and achieved and achieved 10%, and was eating more food than when he started!
Alex was determined to reach his goals and even though he was a full-time law student and lived in catered accommodation with no control over what's been cooked. Alex committed and adjusted his portion sizes and food group distributions accordingly. If you are determined enough, you can make anything work.

Tip's Her goal was to get leaner and build stronger and shapelier glutes without having her quads get any bigger. Weighing the same as when she started her training, in just 6 weeks she lost 4% body fat and gained 1.5kg of muscle!
She started at 51kg and finished at 51kg - she literally swapped out 1.5kg of fat for 1.5kg of muscle! Also In just 6 weeks, Tip brought her hip thrust strength from 60kg for 8-10 reps to 135kg for 5 reps!
Tip made insane results in such a short amount of time but we'll be honest, the training and dieting she went through isn’t for everyone - her mindset and determination was her secret.
We are very proud of her progress and it's a pleasure to train such an incredible athlete!
Here’s Andrew’s results after 4.5 months of hard work and dedication!
Andrew’s goal was to pack muscle on his upper body. Through strategic exercise selection, we filled out his upper and lower chest and focused on back and shoulder width. A great way to create a more narrow waist!
Naturally, Andrew's strength in the gym went up. Before he started training with us he wasn’t able to do any pull-ups and now he can do 6!
Even though he was a time international student with many academic deadlines, Andrew managed his time efficiently and trained consistently 3-4 times a week. Fantastic effort, keep up the good work. Looking forward to the physique updates.
A big congratulations to my client Sami for bringing up his bench from 90kg to 100kg in 6 weeks!
Sami had been working out for a while but he never was able to hit that 100kg mark for his bench press. So after his initial consultation, we wrote his program and got to work. Sami had a great foundation of strength and coordination and just needed some small but crucial adjustments to his programming and form.
Sami made sure he didn’t miss a workout and followed the workout to the best of his ability. We are really proud of you Sami! Keep up the great work!
Our very first transformation story from our director and founder, Andy!
Andy had always been around sports his whole life but at the age of 20, he wanted to get healthier so he quick smoking, drank less, and got into fitness properly.
In his 6 years, he was able to gain a considerable amount of muscle and achieve his personal goals of deadlifting 200kg, running a half marathon with a client, and dieted down to 7% body-fat in 8 weeks!
